Cheap Caravan Mattresses Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed with Cheap Caravan Mattresses and the use of our website https://cheapcaravanmattresses.com. We have outlined our terms and conditions below in what we hope is a straight-forward and customer friendly way.
Our Contract with you
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products from us and we will send you an order acknowledgement. However, your order will only be accepted by us once your products are ready to leave our warehouse for delivery to you. Until then we can decline to supply the goods – we will try to ensure that this never happens but we do, however, reserve the right not to fulfil your order for any reason if, for example, we have made an error on the price or products and materials are out of stock. In such circumstances we’ll refund the price you’ve paid to us. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason and we won’t be liable to you or anyone else in these circumstances.
Website Information
We’ve made every effort to display all product colours accurately. However we can’t guarantee that the image displayed on a monitor or screen will accurately reflect the true colour of the product delivered to you.

The copyright in the photos, videos, data and text used on our website belongs to us and the general look and feel and format of our website belongs to us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.
We are entitled to change or amend our website without giving you notice (but the terms and conditions applicable when you placed your order will continue to apply to those products).
Customer Reviews
Any customer reviews of the products we sell are the opinions of customers and do not form part of the specification or description of the product. We shall not be liable if any of the information contained in a customer review proves inaccurate.
Prices
All the product prices we display include VAT and exclude delivery. You can view our delivery options on our delivery page.
From time to time, we may offer products at sale or promotional prices. Any such offers will apply to selected products and be subject to availability. Delivery charges, conditions and geographical exclusions may apply. Please refer to individual product information for pricing. We may also offer delivery at a reduced rate as part of a promotion. This is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at Cheap Caravan Mattresses’s discretion.
Discount Codes
From time to time, we’ll offer discount codes on selected products. Discount codes will be available for limited time. They’re also subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion or on sale prices and you can only use one discount code per order. If you’re returning part of an order that’s had a discount code applied, your refund will be for the full amount minus the discount applied.
Payment
You may pay for Products and Services using a debit or credit card and this includes MasterCard and Visa. We also accept payment for Products via PayPal and Klarna.
Payment must be received in full in cleared funds prior to us processing your order or booking. No Products will be dispatched until payment in full cleared funds is received and we shall not be liable to you for any loss you suffer as a result of such delays.
Bespoke Products
Our bespoke products are made to order based on the specifications provided by you the customer. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements and details for custom products.
Cancellation Policies
Bed Linen and Mattress Toppers– If you have placed an order and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before the goods are dispatched. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but can offer a partial refund. If the goods have been manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but can offer a partial refund.
Mattresses – If you have ordered a mattress and you change your mind and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before sizes are confirmed. Once sizes/dimensions are confirmed for mattresses they automatically go into the manufacture process. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but may be able to offer a partial refund. If the goods have been completely manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but may in exceptional circumstances be able to offer you a partial refund.
Delivery
While we deliver to most areas in Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), some postcodes outside mainland Britain (like Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) or remote areas of the Scottish Highlands aren’t covered by our standard service.
We cannot deliver mattresses outside mainland Great Britain, but we can deliver bedding and mattress toppers to places like Northern Ireland. Just contact us for a delivery quote.
If you live outside mainland Britain, you can also collect your items from our showroom in Morecambe, Lancashire.
Bedding – Please allow the appropriate number of working days for delivery, depending on the service you choose. We do always aim to get orders to you before the specified lead time however during busy periods we are unable to guarantee they will be with you sooner.
Depending on the size of the parcel your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail or via a courier service such as DHL. If your order has been placed online, you will receive email confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
Mattresses – Please allow the appropriate number of working days for delivery, depending on the service you choose. We do always aim to get orders to you before the specified lead time however during busy periods we are unable to guarantee they will be with you sooner.
As soon as your mattress is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery. We will not dispatch your order until we have spoken with you to arrange delivery. Our mattresses are delivered via a courier service between 8am – 6pm Monday-Friday. If there is nobody in and the courier is unable to deliver there is an extra delivery charge, each time delivery fails there is a £30 charge.
There does need to be someone in to sign for the goods when they are delivered, the packaging needs to be checked before signing for the mattress. Please check the packaging thoroughly before signing for the goods to ensure there is no damage to the actual mattress. If the mattress is signed for and is damaged we are unable to accept any responsibility for the goods. If the mattress is damaged, please do not sign for it, refuse the delivery and inform us right away on 01524 844106.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns for bedding
If you are not happy with your bedding, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Since our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer a full refund for reasons other than damage or incorrect sizing. If you have an issue with your bedding, we may ask for photographs to help us understand the problem.
You have 30 days from delivery to check the sizing of your bedding. After this time, you will be unable to receive a refund or exchange.
Returns for mattress toppers
If your mattress topper isn’t meeting your expectations, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, a full refund is not available for mattress toppers for reasons beyond damage or incorrect sizing. If you have a complaint about your mattress topper, we may ask for photographs to help us understand the problem.
You have 30 days from delivery to check the sizing of your mattress topper. After this time, you will be unable to receive a refund or exchange.
Returns for mattresses
Returns are only accepted if the mattress is faulty, excluding general wear and tear, damage, mistreatment, or sizing issues.
If you wish to return your mattress, there will be a £50 collection fee.
Gift Cards
Each gift card has a designated value and can be used in full or partial payment toward an order. If the total purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid using a valid payment method. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our gift cards cannot be redeemed via any third party marketplaces.
Designated value of the gift card can be used as partial or full payment of an order.
Our gift cards have no cash value, meaning they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If a product purchased with a gift card is returned, any refund due will be reissued to the original gift card or a new gift card will be issued.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
Intellectual Property
Cheap Caravan Mattresses owns the copyright and other intellectual property rights for our website, products, and content. These rights are protected by copyright laws worldwide. Cheap Caravan Mattresses and its licensors reserve all these rights. You can store, print, and display the content for your personal use only. You are not allowed to publish, change, share, or copy any of the content from this website for any business or commercial purposes.
Disclaimer About Trademarks and Third-Party Content
Unless we specifically state otherwise, any people (including their names and images), third-party trademarks, and images of third-party products, services, and locations shown on this website are not associated, linked, or affiliated with Cheap Caravan Mattresses. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; or civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; or
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster or adverse weather; or
Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; or
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks
Our obligations under these terms are suspended for the period that such event continues and we will have an extension of time to perform these obligations for the duration of that period. We will take reasonable steps to bring the event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these terms can be performed despite the event.
Our Liability To You
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the website and purchase of products constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
